a: all sales are final and non-refundable at this time, as we are a small business. please contact us via contact us for any address changes.

q: i haven’t received my order. what can you do for me?
a: i highly recommend selecting FIRST CLASS PACKAGE SERVICE for shipping with tracking of this is a concern; and/or a larger order, i understand it may cost a little more but it offers the convenience of tracking.
